A Baltimore man has been charged in the shooting death of a Timonium woman whose body was found two weeks ago in Virginia.,discount tiffany
The body of 23-year-old Jerryell Myesha Foster of the first block of Hazy Morn Court was found March 2 off an interchange between Interstate 95 and Virginia State Road 610 in Stafford County.
She had been missing since Nov. 25, 2009; a relative contacted police after she failed to appear at a family Thanksgiving dinner.
An autopsy revealed that Foster died of gunshot wounds,tiffany rings, and the case was ruled a homicide.
Frederick Allen Christian, whom police identified as Foster’s boyfriend, was arrested Monday night in Baltimore and charged with first-degree murder.
Christian,tiffany earrings, 30, of the 800 block of Appleton St. in Baltimore, was being held at the Baltimore County Detention Center pending a bail review.
Dickson City Mayor Anthony Zaleski waived his right to a preliminary hearing Thursday on a drunken-driving charge and applied for admission into a program for first-time offenders.
Mr. Zaleski, who is also chairman of the Lackawanna County Multi-Purpose Stadium Authority,tiffany bangles, was charged with drunken driving after Olyphant police pulled him over on Thanksgiving night.
Mr. Zaleski’s lawyer, Jerry Karam, said Mr. Zaleski is applying for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition, or ARD, which allows first-time, nonviolent offenders the opportunity to erase a charge from their criminal history if approved by the Lackawanna County district attorney’s office. A defendant’s crime is expunged from his or her record upon successful completion of a probationary period, usually several months.
Drunken driving charges are among the cases most often approved for ARD.
